The Service Technician is responsible for serving customers by installing and servicing systems and products for At Your Service Heating and Cooling LLC.
The Service Technician performs maintenance and/or installation for HVAC/R equipment, duct systems, fittings, grilles/registers/diffusers, controls, and related equipment. Performs other duties/tasks as required.
Completes approved maintenance for HVAC/R equipment within industry standard hours per maintenance pricing guide.
Identifies potential problems during maintenance that might affect current or future system performance. Provides customers with information on new equipment when existing equipment exceeds 10 years of age or is in generally poor condition.
Presents findings and options to customers, providing advice as needed/requested. Provides customers with information and pricing on service agreements, accessories, and other comfort improvements.
Picks up parts from supply houses/office and delivers to technicians in the field as needed.
Identifies and suggests opportunities for quality and cost improvements.
Maintains a clean equipment/work area. Maintains a clean and serviced company vehicle in accordance with company policy. Performs/assists with maintenance and service/repair work as needed.
Verifies correct operation of all maintained customer equipment. Demonstrates and provides training for customer, as requested.
Ensures complete customer satisfaction and/or salesperson/supervisor sign-off upon completion of work.
Completes all paperwork required by management and records hours and all materials used. Collects for performed work, as applicable. Returns all unused material and inventory.
Provides customers with information and pricing on service agreements, accessories, and other comfort improvements.
Qualifications include:

The Installation Technician performs installation work for HVAC/R equipment, duct systems, fittings, grilles/registers/ diffusers, controls, and related equipment. Identifies and solves problems that might impede the completion of work within budgeted time. Provides feedback/suggestions to supervisors, salespeople, and others on ways to improve quality and reduce costs. Completes approved repairs/improvements in a timely manner. Collects any payments as needed.
Before noon, reviews the next day(s) scheduled work with supervisor(s) to verify equipment and material pick list, to identify needed corrections, and to identify and request equipment.
Before noon, identifies and requests any fabricated materials required for installations on the following day(s).
Pulls/assists in the pulling of equipment and materials needed for installations.
Follows defined installation procedures for HVAC/R equipment according to company instructions/policy, manufacturer installation instructions, and salesperson notes.
Identifies and solves problems that might prevent the completion of work within budgeted time.

The Comfort Advisor is responsible for the generation, facilitation and overall end-to-end sales process of all products and services for At Your Service Heating and Cooling LLC
The Comfort Advisor (CA) responds to all customer inquiries during the sales process. He/she maintains expert knowledge of company products and services and drives maximum profitability through in home sales. The CA creates and facilitates all sales tickets, sales functions and coordinates with all necessary parties to ensure that sales proceed smoothly and efficiently and to the customer’s satisfaction. Performs other duties/tasks as required.
Schedules sales appointments and meets with potential customers in their homes to explain the company’s products and services. Conducts a thorough inspection of interior and exterior areas of potential customer’s property to determine how best to serve the customer.
Responds to customer inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders, requests for prices and quotations, complaints and scheduling of deliveries and installations, and providing customer follow-ups.
Makes sales presentations to customers based on inspection and issues identified by addressing any questions, explaining the process and setting expectations.
Focuses on securing the maximum profitable sales opportunity with each customer through excellent selling, service and problem-solving. Develops profitable business with new customers through excellent selling, service and problem-solving.
Achieves sales performance objectives through assigned leads and new business development.
Serves as a problem solver for customers by utilizing the in-depth training provided to decide on the best overall solution for each customer’s needs.
Coordinates purchase and delivery of special products. Obtains information on pricing specifications, uses and availability.
Codes and inputs customer orders, pricing information and additional data into the computer system.
Continuously improves and maintains in-depth product knowledge. Shares expertise, guiding customers to make the best product and service selections that will provide value to their business, while enhancing company profitability.
Qualifications include:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing administrative support to the General Manager and other coworkers as required.
The Customer Service Representative interacts with customers on behalf of the organization. They provide information about products and services, take orders, respond to customer complaints, and process returns, as necessary
